Just FYI. When I decided I was done with cigarettes I used Cigacease for just two months. I had made a committment and decided perhaps I needed a little help. This product helped me through the tough first couple weeks. I am now tobacco free and couldn't be happier. I truly believe this product was a contributing factor. Try it!
