I tried that but it didn't work for me. What did work was laser therapy, which they did on my hands and face. Haven't smoked in 9 years now.

A friend of ours did it, and he started smoking again 6 months down the road.

My son had such a success story that I could not believe it. He had it done about 8 years ago and apart from a ‘refresher’ about a year from when it was done, he has had no problem and has not smoked or wanted a cigarette since. I was, and continue to be, fully amazed……………..
