wow, that was an amazing time of relaxation..i sorta cheated and didnt wake up when you told me too. i felt like someone was gently rocking my butt in my armchair? was that supposed to happen? did i go through the state of hypnosis? please respond. thank you

Great video Richard! I belive that people today don’t know how powerful their brains are and what can we achive by studying its potential. The last part, “the relaxing” was best for me, the glue and the hands didn’t work out some how… Maybe next year I’ll go on a hypnosis course, do you know any good Polish hypnosis in Warsaw?

Thanks I enjoyed that muchly…. It is clear how this can be beneficial. I think that I used to have a problem with trusting a hypnotist, as if he would do some sort of evil behing my back but I am probably ready to give that up now..

Great video Richard! The hands and glue didn’t work for me as much as did the last part of this video – the relaxing. I believe that people don’t understand the power of the human brain, I’m thinking of going on for a hypnosys course maybe this year. Do you know any good Polish hypnosys in Warsaw, Poland or any good courses?:)

I’m one of those folks who wonders whether he has the ability to be hypnotised! Answer No if this video is anything to go by!

To check I’m doing it right when abouts are you supposed to actually try and pull your hands apart? When he first starts saying try and pull them apart or when he finishes the whole “tighter and tighter, try and pull them apart etc etc”

None of these things seem to work very well. I get the impression that for some people it just won’t work?
