Many of you have given some incredible answers pertaining to a lot of different things on here. I really do wish to stop smoking but don’t want to gain a lot of weight, feel miserable, etc. Can you direct me to a reputable site for this? As always, thank you again one and all!

I’ve downloaded some things like that from limewire. the sleep meditation worked wonderful for me =]. lol.
