I do not post all the criticism often. When I do it’s usually because I was an exception with the product. This is the case with this book. I was hoping there would be more useful tips or guides to help me stay away from cigarettes, but what I have been very preachy and repetitive. The book started well enough, then he went into this downward spiral as it has reiterated on several occasions, the points raised above. Maybe that’s how it will help the reader, but it is beyond me. There are many references to smoking at work, which really dates the information contained in this book. Let me give you the synopsis. . .1. Throw away all your accessories related to smoking away. . .2. Avoid all activities and places where smoking may occur. . . even if it’s work. . .3. And remember, smoking = child abuse and smoking are bad I just read a cheap, but it really lacks good content to help you stop smoking, just a lot of BS anti-smoking blaming and jumps to a point. I’m sorry I can not not good alternatives, but follow my advice and move on. I certainly am. Rating: 1 / 5

This book gave me the understanding I needed to finally quit smoking I always said I would quit for the last 20 years! It seems that every smoker really wants to quit, they admit it or not, but most admit it I need it. He gave me an insight, knowledge, courage and tools they need to succeed! What a gift! Send this link to everyone you know smokers. They will not regret it! Rating: 5 / 5
