After 40 years of smoke and not really wanting to quit, this CD and some other technical assistance, helped me quit smoking and stay away. When I start to feel more cigarettes, I listen to this CD and cravings disappear. It has been two months now. I tried with another company Subliminal CDs and they do not help me at all. I bought a number of CD & Mind Design have been very happy with those I tried, especially those with NLP. The issues that have been helped include fibromyalgia (chronic fatigue using CD), Deep & Restful Sleep and better physical health.
