Two reasons why smoking will never be banned
1) People will not quit and they are deemed too profitable by these companies and ultimately our government.
2) These people will die and have numerous health problems. Can you say population control as well as more profit for doctors, hospitals, and every one who sells “Quit Smoking” medications.

Was a smoker for 24 years until I was diagnosed with kidney cancer in May this year. I stopped smoking on the day of surgery to remove the kidney (21st of May), and aside from the first few days back home from hospital, I feel no attachment to ciggies — either mentally or habitually.

yeah here in wisconsin marlboro cigarettes were costing me just over $7 a pack. then this past sunday i looked in my wallet and i didnt have enough money for that day. so i figured it was a good day to drop the habit. 4 days have gone by and im doin great just off will power. i smoked over a pack a day for about 6 years and i was very dependant on it but i havent had many cravings though the ones i did were pretty big. but it gets a hell of alot easier with time. just stick with it!
