Quit Smoking Advice

These clips are from the BBC: Horizon documentary series entitled “We Love Cigarettes”. The advice Allen Carr gives is pretty good, it convinced me (a 5 year smoker) to quit cold turkey. It has been a couple months now and I’m still going strong.

Update:

It has been over one year since my last cigarette and I have never been tempted to look back. I really hope this simple advice has helped someone else.

Through my film i have tried to portray how blowing bubbles instead of cigarette can give more pleasure satisfaction and relieve you from tension, and over that it is not even harmful for your health.

Thanks to all of you good folks for subbing my channel, so I guess I’ll do a questions video now but only wacky or goofy questions, nothing serious since this is only Youtube and I don’t think we really need to take it or life so seriously all the time, lets have some fun! It will be 14 weeks this coming Sunday since I quit smoking (something else to celebrate), as mentioned, I did it with the help of the drug Champix and I encourage anyone who really wants to quit and is able to buy the drugs to give Champix a try, if you really want to quit and you make an honest effort you too may become a former smoker also, good luck to those who try! As for draw Muhammad day I just couldn’t be bothered wasting any more of my time on such a backass-wards religion & dogmatic way of thinking, this religion, just like the others does not deserve any respect, just read the various texts and you will understand why I feel this way. To any religious person reading this, if you think threats of eternal damnation or death threats will make me change my mind, you are sadly mistaken, this will only steel my resolve against any dogma.
